11 - 13 April - a test satellite broadcasting ARISSat-1 (Cedar)


April 11 from noon Moscow time until mid-day on April 13 will be included in a test mode satellite CEDAR (ARISSat-1), which is located on the ISS. The satellite has the official callsign RS1S (not RS01S). The satellite will transmit voice messages in different languages​​, images, SSTV (Robot), and telemetry. 30 sec transfer and pause for 2 minutes. Satellite transmits on its own frequency 145.950 MHz (0,5 W)

Satellite signals are relayed to a frequency of 437.55 MHz via amateur radio station onboard the ISS.

QSL cards to send ISS - RS0ISS manager RN3DK - Alexander Davydov . The satellite will shove in autonomous flight to the ISS in July.
